The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.58 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 1.81 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 12.71 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.07 per cent at Rs 148.74 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 144.31 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 2.91 per cent to Rs 141.63 crore from Rs 137.63 crore in year ago period.
Operating Profit surged by 6.60 per cent to Rs 7.11 crore as against Rs 6.67 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 3.46 per cent in December quarter.
Interest grew by 21.53 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.12 crore, while Taxation decreased by 88.24 per cent at Rs 0.02 crore (Dec'23 Rs 0.17 crore).
