The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.78 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 1.70 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 4.71 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 4.77 per cent at Rs 108.57 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 103.63 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.01 per cent to Rs 102.46 crore from Rs 97.57 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 64.71 per cent at Rs 0.56 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.34 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 0.66 per cent to Rs 6.11 crore as against Rs 6.07 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 3.76 per cent in December quarter.
Interest declined by 0.86 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.30 crore, while Taxation increased by 10.81 per cent at Rs 0.82 crore (Dec'23 Rs 0.74 crore).
