The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.18 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 5.37 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 59.40 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 19.03 per cent at Rs 32.77 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 40.47 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 3.47 per cent to Rs 36.07 crore from Rs 34.86 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 197.26 per cent at Rs 9.75 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 3.28 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 158.72 per cent to Rs -3.30 crore as against Rs 5.62 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 172.62 per cent in December quarter.
Interest grew by 27.78 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.92 crore, while Taxation increased by 80.39 per cent at Rs 1.84 crore (Dec'23 Rs 1.02 crore).
