The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.82 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 1.87 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 56.15 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose by 0.77 per cent at Rs 10.52 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 10.44 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.31 per cent to Rs 8.92 crore from Rs 8.47 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 14.42 per cent at Rs 1.19 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 1.04 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 18.78 per cent to Rs 1.60 crore as against Rs 1.97 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 19.53 per cent in December quarter.
Interest grew by 24.14 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.72 crore, while Taxation increased by 1475.00 per cent at Rs 0.55 crore (Dec'23 Rs -0.04 crore).
