The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.61 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 1.01 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 39.60 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 18.53 per cent at Rs 12.60 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 10.63 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 26.70 per cent to Rs 12.10 crore from Rs 9.55 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 45.71 per cent at Rs 0.51 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.35 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 53.70 per cent to Rs 0.50 crore as against Rs 1.08 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 61.18 per cent in December quarter.
Interest declined by 33.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.02 crore, while Taxation decreased by 36.36 per cent at Rs 0.14 crore (Dec'23 Rs 0.22 crore).
