The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.94 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 2.44 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 20.49 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 17.03 per cent at Rs 16.71 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 20.14 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 14.12 per cent to Rs 14.42 crore from Rs 16.79 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 80.56 per cent at Rs 0.65 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.36 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 31.64 per cent to Rs 2.29 crore as against Rs 3.35 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 17.62 per cent in December quarter.
Interest grew by 128.57 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.16 crore, while Taxation decreased by 32.99 per cent at Rs 0.65 crore (Dec'23 Rs 0.97 crore).
