The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.96 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 5.21 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 23.99 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 20.09 per cent at Rs 65.75 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 54.75 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 27.22 per cent to Rs 59.77 crore from Rs 46.98 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 103.23 per cent at Rs 1.26 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.62 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 23.04 per cent to Rs 5.98 crore as against Rs 7.77 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 35.99 per cent in December quarter.
Interest grew by 222.22 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.58 crore, while Taxation decreased by 20.00 per cent at Rs 1.52 crore (Dec'23 Rs 1.90 crore).
