The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.32 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 2.31 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 42.86 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 92.94 per cent at Rs 2.20 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 31.18 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 97.51 per cent to Rs 0.72 crore from Rs 28.86 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 47.30 per cent at Rs 0.39 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.74 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 36.21 per cent to Rs 1.48 crore as against Rs 2.32 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 800.94 per cent in December quarter.
Interest grew by 20.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.12 crore, while Taxation decreased by 35.48 per cent at Rs 0.40 crore (Dec'23 Rs 0.62 crore).
