The erstwhile RP Mr. Ravindra Chaturvedi has been appointed by the Government of India as a Technical Member of NCLT vide notification issued by the Ministry of Corporate of Affairs, S.O.132(E).By virtue of this appointment and in compliance with the applicable provisions of the law, he has withdrawn from all ongoing assignments with immediate effect and hence has submitted his resignation. Committee of Creditors has approved appointment of CA Namrata Randeri as his replacement and Hon'ble NCLT Hyderabad Bench vide order dated 17.01.2025 in IA(I.B.C)/85/HYD/2025 in C.P. (IB)/277/HYD/2023 in the matter of Kobo Biotech Limited has allowed the replacement and appointed Ms. Namrata Amol Randeri as the new Resolution Professional (RP)in the matter
