The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 10.65 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 14.08 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 24.36 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 14.64 per cent at Rs 170.04 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 148.32 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 21.10 per cent to Rs 146.10 crore from Rs 120.64 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 5.62 per cent at Rs 4.89 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 4.63 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 13.51 per cent to Rs 23.94 crore as against Rs 27.68 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 24.54 per cent in December quarter.
Interest declined by 15.45 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.12 crore, while Taxation decreased by 50.17 per cent at Rs 2.93 crore (Dec'23 Rs 5.88 crore).
