The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.98 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 1.47 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 33.33 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 1.15 per cent at Rs 13.20 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 13.05 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 11.32 per cent to Rs 10.62 crore from Rs 9.54 crore in year ago period.
Operating Profit slipped by 26.70 per cent to Rs 2.58 crore as against Rs 3.52 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 27.50 per cent in December quarter.
Interest grew by 9.38 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.35 crore, while Taxation decreased by 61.54 per cent at Rs 0.25 crore (Dec'23 Rs 0.65 crore).
