The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 11.54 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 11.92 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 3.19 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 7.66 per cent at Rs 232.27 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 251.54 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 7.88 per cent to Rs 215.92 crore from Rs 234.38 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 650.00 per cent at Rs 0.15 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.02 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 4.66 per cent to Rs 16.36 crore as against Rs 17.16 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 3.23 per cent in December quarter.
Interest declined by 16.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.30 crore, while Taxation decreased by 5.29 per cent at Rs 3.94 crore (Dec'23 Rs 4.16 crore).
