Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Company has received, a warning letter no. NSE/LIST/COMP/NRAIL/01/2024-2025 dated February 07, 2025 from National Stock Exchange of India Limited, regarding the non-compliance with the provisions of Regulation 18(2)(a) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, wherein the gap between the meetings of Audit Committee exceeded 120 days. The said action taken by Exchange does not impact on financial, operation or other activities of the Company and the same shall not be repeated again in future.
