The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.99 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 7.41 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 46.15 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 8.66 per cent at Rs 67.22 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 73.59 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 0.98 per cent to Rs 59.88 crore from Rs 60.47 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 76.00 per cent at Rs 0.06 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.25 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 44.05 per cent to Rs 7.34 crore as against Rs 13.12 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 38.72 per cent in December quarter.
Interest declined by 39.08 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.53 crore, while Taxation decreased by 68.88 per cent at Rs 0.89 crore (Dec'23 Rs 2.86 crore).
