The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 360.78 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 310.98 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 16.01 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 12.33 per cent at Rs 1,614.28 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,437.14 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 12.27 per cent to Rs 1,178.19 crore from Rs 1,049.45 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 29.02 per cent at Rs 71.75 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 55.61 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 12.48 per cent to Rs 436.09 crore as against Rs 387.69 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 0.11 per cent in December quarter.
Interest declined by 28.71 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.26 crore, while Taxation increased by 14.06 per cent at Rs 126.81 crore (Dec'23 Rs 111.18 crore).
