The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.13 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 1.84 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 38.59 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 51.38 per cent at Rs 134.58 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 88.90 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 53.92 per cent to Rs 123.24 crore from Rs 80.07 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 160.87 per cent at Rs 0.60 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.23 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 28.43 per cent to Rs 11.34 crore as against Rs 8.83 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 15.11 per cent in December quarter.
Interest grew by 71.22 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.51 crore, while Taxation increased by 860.00 per cent at Rs 0.38 crore (Dec'23 Rs -0.05 crore).
