The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 11.98 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 10.67 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 12.28 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 2.46 per cent at Rs 127.26 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 124.21 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.71 per cent to Rs 100.77 crore from Rs 95.33 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 2.38 per cent at Rs 1.23 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 1.26 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 8.28 per cent to Rs 26.49 crore as against Rs 28.88 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 10.45 per cent in December quarter.
Interest declined by 25.21 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.53 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.81 per cent at Rs 3.72 crore (Dec'23 Rs 3.69 crore).
