Resolution Plan submitted by Resolution Applicant, Mr. Vivek Kumar Ratakonda was approved by the Commitee of Creditors at their Eleventh meeting held on 21st January, 2025 and the Letter of Intent was accepted and signed unconditionally by the said Resolution Applicant on 22nd January, 2025.
