The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 179.83 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2024 as compared to Rs 326.22 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 44.87 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 8.65 per cent at Rs 222.82 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 243.92 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 134.63 per cent to Rs 32.18 crore from Rs -92.92 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 24.71 per cent at Rs 1.28 crore versus (Sep'23 Rs 1.70 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 43.40 per cent to Rs 190.64 crore as against Rs 336.84 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 38.04 per cent in September quarter.
Interest declined by 0.43 per cent y-o-y to Rs 11.54 crore, while Taxation decreased by 24.66 per cent at Rs 0.55 crore (Sep'23 Rs 0.73 crore).
