Mrs. Krina Gandhi (DIN 09497322) has resigned as the Executive Director of the Company w.e.f. 22nd January 2025 citing personal reasons. She has confirmed to the board that there is no other material reason for her resignation other than mentioned above. Further she has also confirmed that she will continue to serve in the capacity as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company.
