RESOLVED THAT pursuant to the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and relevant rules made thereunder, including any amendments thereto for the time being in force , Ms. Arpita Sharma, an associate member of ICSI (ACS-74392) be and is hereby appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance officer of the Company w.e.f. 30/12/2024 at such remuneration and other terms and conditions as may be decided by the Board on the Recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee.\r\nRESOLVED FURTHER THAT Ms. Arpita Sharma, be and is hereby appointed/designated as Compliance officer the Company as per Regulation 6(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 with effect from 30/12/2024.\r\nRESOLVED FURTHER THAT any director of the company be and is hereby severally authorized to sign and file such forms and documents as may be necessary with ROC, intimate Stock exchange and other authorities to give effect to aforesaid resolution.
