J Duplex Boards Limited, the Company, at their meeting held today i.e., December 19, 2024, has, inter alia, considered and approved Appointment of Ms. Priyanka Pathak Ojha (DIN: 10601570) as Additional Director designated as Independent Director of the Company with effect from December 19, 2024. The term of her appointment as an Independent Director will be for a period of five (5) consecutive years.
