The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.13 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2024 as compared to Rs 6.44 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 35.87 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined by 5.68 per cent at Rs 109.69 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 116.29 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 4.41 per cent to Rs 101.48 crore from Rs 106.16 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 50.99 per cent at Rs 0.99 crore versus (Sep'23 Rs 2.02 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 19.03 per cent to Rs 8.21 crore as against Rs 10.14 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 14.22 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 1.28 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.58 crore, while Taxation decreased by 33.18 per cent at Rs 1.43 crore (Sep'23 Rs 2.14 crore).
