The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.07 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 as compared to Rs 0.79 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 35.44 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 43.61 per cent at Rs 14.16 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 9.86 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 48.13 per cent to Rs 12.25 crore from Rs 8.27 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 600.00 per cent at Rs 0.07 crore versus (Jun'23 Rs 0.01 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 20.13 per cent to Rs 1.91 crore as against Rs 1.59 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 15.98 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 43.48 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.33 crore, while Taxation decreased by 16.28 per cent at Rs 0.36 crore (Jun'23 Rs 0.43 crore).
