The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.00 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2024 as compared to Rs 3.85 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 22.08 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 17.50 per cent at Rs 13.77 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 16.69 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 8.35 per cent to Rs 10.98 crore from Rs 11.98 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 37.61 per cent at Rs 1.50 crore versus (Sep'23 Rs 1.09 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 40.64 per cent to Rs 2.79 crore as against Rs 4.70 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 28.10 per cent in September quarter.
Taxation decreased by 47.73 per cent at Rs 0.69 crore (Sep'23 Rs 1.32 crore).
