The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.48 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2024 as compared to Rs 0.57 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 15.79 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 15.23 per cent at Rs 14.15 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 12.28 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 17.24 per cent to Rs 13.06 crore from Rs 11.14 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.08 crore versus (Sep'23 Rs 0.08 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 5.22 per cent to Rs 1.09 crore as against Rs 1.15 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 17.34 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 29.41 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.22 crore, while Taxation decreased by 50.00 per cent at Rs 0.07 crore (Sep'23 Rs 0.14 crore).
