The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.91 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2024 as compared to Rs 2.94 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 35.03 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 12.81 per cent at Rs 16.88 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 19.36 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 8.82 per cent to Rs 14.17 crore from Rs 15.54 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 103.70 per cent at Rs 0.55 crore versus (Sep'23 Rs 0.27 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 29.06 per cent to Rs 2.71 crore as against Rs 3.82 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 18.60 per cent in September quarter.
Interest declined by 30.77 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.09 crore, while Taxation increased by 28.57 per cent at Rs 1.08 crore (Sep'23 Rs 0.84 crore).
