The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.52 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2024 as compared to Rs 0.86 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 39.53 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 27.68 per cent at Rs 9.43 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 13.04 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 26.87 per cent to Rs 8.49 crore from Rs 11.61 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 26.83 per cent at Rs 0.52 crore versus (Sep'23 Rs 0.41 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 34.97 per cent to Rs 0.93 crore as against Rs 1.43 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 9.84 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 1.89 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.54 crore, while Taxation decreased by 57.14 per cent at Rs 0.12 crore (Sep'23 Rs 0.28 crore).
