The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.72 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2024 as compared to Rs 1.90 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 62.11 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 11.31 per cent at Rs 97.47 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 87.57 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 15.58 per cent to Rs 97.58 crore from Rs 84.43 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 349.15 per cent at Rs 2.65 crore versus (Sep'23 Rs 0.59 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 103.50 per cent to Rs -0.11 crore as against Rs 3.14 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 103.07 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 31.78 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.41 crore, while Taxation decreased by 62.12 per cent at Rs 0.25 crore (Sep'23 Rs 0.66 crore).
