The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.46 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2024 as compared to Rs 0.71 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 35.21 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 61.95 per cent at Rs 11.29 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 29.67 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 64.02 per cent to Rs 10.68 crore from Rs 29.68 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 42.52 per cent at Rs 0.73 crore versus (Sep'23 Rs 1.27 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 6200.00 per cent to Rs 0.61 crore as against Rs -0.01 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 13700.00 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 119.35 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.68 crore, while Taxation decreased by 29.17 per cent at Rs 0.17 crore (Sep'23 Rs 0.24 crore).
