The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.56 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2024 as compared to Rs 1.06 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 47.17 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 19.48 per cent at Rs 15.96 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 19.82 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 18.73 per cent to Rs 15.49 crore from Rs 19.06 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 49.34 per cent at Rs 0.77 crore versus (Sep'23 Rs 1.52 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 38.16 per cent to Rs 0.47 crore as against Rs 0.76 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 21.78 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.02 crore, while Taxation decreased by 91.38 per cent at Rs 0.05 crore (Sep'23 Rs 0.58 crore).
