The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.68 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2024 as compared to Rs 4.43 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 84.65 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined by 5.83 per cent at Rs 77.02 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 81.79 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 0.19 per cent to Rs 72.90 crore from Rs 72.76 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 2.65 per cent at Rs 2.20 crore versus (Sep'23 Rs 2.26 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 54.42 per cent to Rs 4.12 crore as against Rs 9.04 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 51.58 per cent in September quarter.
Interest declined by 16.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.42 crore, while Taxation decreased by 84.31 per cent at Rs 0.24 crore (Sep'23 Rs 1.53 crore).
